„Schöne Terrasse, von den 4 Abendessen waren 2 gut und 2 ungenießbar. Frühstück gut. Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich. Eines im ersten Stock klein, aber gemütlich, das andere im Erdgeschoß mit Terrasse, die von einer häßlichen Holzwand umgeben war und im Anlieferungsbereich des Hotels lag. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass die Benutzung des kleinen Spa-Bereichs 25 GBP gekostet hätte. Alles in allem ist der Zimmerpreis überhöht.“

„Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant. ...

Thoughtful extras dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee, milk, wine, orange juice. Property had a bit of minor, understandable, wear and tear. Excellent communication from the hosts/owner. Fantastic central Windsor location, literally a few steps from the castle and the river. Great for little legs. Ample bedding, pillows, towels.
