„Wonderful, friendly welcome and very well trained staff - just the right balance of attention and interaction. Very comfortable with quality surrounding us. Food excellent with a detailed explanation of dishes & wines. Lovely views over the Loch and walks within the grounds. Expedia had failed to pass on our booking to the hotel so we were not expected but staff recognised it was Expedia's failure but even so were apologetic and upgraded our room !“

Simply Outstanding.
Don't go by the over- or under-photoshopped pics. The place is extremely comfortable, well-sized, with a plush bathroom, all imaginable amenities, the nicest kitchen we have seen, and amazing views. Please don't forget to gaze at the stars at night.
We stayed in the Learach room. Since this is the located the "lowest" of all cabins, it gets the least amount of afternoon / evening sun and limited views of the water from outside, but we didn't mind.

Leider hatten wir unwissend ein barrierefrei Zimmer gebucht !! Das Bad war für uns sehr schlecht nutzbar . Der Komfort wurde dadurch sehr beeinträchtigt.Ich finde darauf sollte hingewiesen werden .

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, wenn man zwei große Koffer dabei hat. Das ist aber der einzige "Kritikpunkt". Alles war sehr sauber, die Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück super lecker und frisch! Ausblick von der eigenen kleinen Terasse am Zimmer Wahnsinn!

A fantastic stay at Kintail Lodge! We stayed in the beautiful room number 1, with a lovely view. Everything was spotlessly clean, fresh, and very comfortable.
Helen is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, and we had dinners always in their restuarant, which was very good too.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Meine Frau und ich haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht. Das Portree Hotel liegt ganz im Zentrum von Portree. Das Hotel ist schön und Zauber, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfreich. Das Bett war viel zu klein für uns beide, und man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist sehr gut, man kann in ca. 20m Entfernung parken.
