„They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude!
But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring ...

„Rooms were clean and spacious, apartment features were perfect for our 2-week stay. Our host, Khalid, was incredibly helpful and the staff on-site were friendly and courteous. Kids loved the playground and we appreciated the ease of access to the main road and easy in/out for taxis and cars.“

„Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out.“

„the property was clean, and all amenities you may need are there, the pool was clean but expected to be bigger but that wasn't a problem, one-note though, the guy who welcomed us closed part of the villa for no reason, my guess he was trying to reduce the areas to clean after we leave if my wife did not notice we would not enjoy the whole place, but anyways overall was a good stay.“
