The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! “

„Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out.“
