Rooms were clean, location is also very good directly located on the seashore. Lack of a lift was a small issue as we had some difficulties carrying baby pram,but hotel staff helped us a lot by helping us carry pram from room to restaurant and back. „Well located. Beach can be reached by foot, old town is accessible via bus or alternatively car sharing nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was good. I am only curious how long the carpets in the room will survive as ours had some spots already, but generally highly recommended accomodation.“

„Das kleine Hotel liegt direkt an der Fußgängerzone und somit mittendrin. Der Blick auf die Bucht mit Bademöglichkeit ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, der Balkon ist sehr groß und bietet den Blick hinweg über viel grün aufs Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir hatten das Glück auch eine Parkmöglichkeit in einer Garage nutzen zu können. “

„Great room with a lovely bed, good shower, and decent location. It’s convenient to take the bus to and from the old town, as there isn’t much happening in the immediate area. Delicious vegan breakfast buffet at the restaurant downstairs. Also tried some small dishes and cocktails, which were very flavorful. Highly recommended :)“

„Loved our stay here. 2 adults plus 2 grown children, we had a 4 bed unit with a kitchen and 2 toilets but one shower. AC worked very well as it was hot out. Free parking, easy to Uber to Old Town or anywhere else if you don't want to take your car. Can walk to some restaurants and a little market next door for anything you need. „Our stay at the Villa was amazing! It is highly recommended for families and couples who want to reach Dubrovnik Old Town by walk, yet enjoy a peaceful place outside the busy historic center.
