„Die Anlage sieht so aus, als ob seit den Siebzigern nichts mehr renoviert, saniert oder modernisiert worden ist. Das Zimmer war aber nicht nur altbacken, sondern benötigt auch dringend eine ordentliche Grundreinigung, um den Schmutz der letzten Jahrzehnte zu entfernen. Einen Getränkeautomat oder sonstige gängige Services gab es nicht. Der Hohn ist aber, dass man einen alten Mann als einzigen Mitarbeiter an die Rezeption setzt, der kein Wort Englisch spricht. „Our stay with Maria and Brian was great - the place is very nice and cosy, quiet in the middle of nature, surrounded by horses, flowers and peace. The hosts have been terrific, the breakfast was very delicious and you should at least stay a couple of days to try several of the choices. I would highly recommend the Inn.“

„Das Haus hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel und ist oldfashioned / familiär ausgestattet und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel hat 2 Etagen, leider ohne Aufzug. Das Frühstück bestand aus Kaffee, Tee, Äpfel, Toast, Muffins, versch. Gelees, Butter, Erdnussbutter, Müsli und Cerealien, Milch, Apfel- und Orangensaft. Das Zimmer war sehr gut mit Anschlüssen für USB ausgestattet (am Bett und am Tisch), es gab auch ausreichend Steckdosen um die Geräte zu laden, die man heute so mit hat (Handy, Foto, ...

„Die Lage im Wald ist sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war leider etwas abgewohnt, teilweise war Inventar beschädigt (Rollos, Lampen) und es hätte sauberer sein können. In der Unterkunft ist muss man sich selbst verpflegen (Kein Frühstück etc), was im Urlaub nicht für jeden etwas ist.“

„The property owners were terrible with communication. We tried to call before leaving but website said calls not allowed and we assumed that owners would b there or some instructions as it clearly said that there was contactless check in available! We had so much food and 6 kids who were traumatized as it’s in the woody area and said bears and moose area! My older son got sick as we drove for so long to get to this place! Got hotel last minute which was an hour away… Terrible terrible experience ...

„Looks better than the pictures! Very new and modern house. Very secluded, which is what we wanted. The house came with just about everything including bug spray which came in handy as it was a little buggy outside. We loved that it was pet friendly as we needed a place to bring our dog. „If you're looking for a complete change of scenery from a dense city to a calm Forest but still maintain comforts of your home, you have come to the right place. We had an amazing time at the majestic place - in it's truest sense. Cons- it needed deep cleaning as the were bugs and wasps in sun room and balconies, and dust inside the house on floor and some furniture. Quite some confusion on Cleaning fee... Make sure that is sorted.“
