"Great hotel close to nature, pity couldn't explore around because were only staying for short period and for work. Hotel was nice, not a usual city modern hotel. Restaurant was good, they have set menu each day for dinner and food was amazing. Good choice for breakfast as well."

"A small, comfortable hotel on the north end of Bad Harzburg. Everything you may need is right there and readily available. Great personal service by hotel team. Lastly, the property is only a stone throw from the Kurgarten and the casino. I will be happy to go back when I return to Bad Harzburg."

"I enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. Single rooms in many hotels are often cramped afterthoughts, but I was pleased with mine at this one. It had a window wall with balcony looking at a nice view, a comfortable sitting area with a full size couch and a comfortable bed. The room was excellent value. Breakfast was inexpensive but very limited in choice. The restaurant's evening buffet and alacarte menu are also very limited, so I think it better to try a restaurant in town for supper. The...

"Very nice place to relax in Bad Harzburg, walking distance to the main attractions. Nice breakfast with a lot of choice and variations. Good sauna room. "

"The hotel is very good but difficult to find. There is no lift so it was difficult to get the luggage to the room. The bedroom was ok and bed comfy. Lacked a bit of atmosphere. Would probably look elsewhere if we came to this area again."

"Staff was very helpful with our late check-in. We forgot that we would be needing a late check-in. They called us and gave instructions for where to find the key after hours. Room was pretty nice and breakfast was great. On-site parking was a plus. We had a nice stay."

"Booked a room. Hotels.com messed up but after the matter was resolved by them it turned out the hotel did not have the room we had booked. Very unhelpful and disinterested staff. Had to find another room at 11pm which was not easy!"

" The reception and rooms are on 2nd floor and there is no elevator or escalator so had to bring all luggages up a very small stairs. There is also no air conditioner in the room and we couldn’t open the window as the mosquitoes were coming in the room. It’s also not safe to keep the windows open all night as it’s so easy for someone to climb into the room through the windows.
