„This was a weekend get away for me and my adult sons. I had spent a lot of time in WV (mostly caving) when I was in my 20's like them and love the area. We had a wonderful time and the Bear Valley Cabin was our home away from home. „We had a wonderful week at this beautiful riverfront home! The ammenities are wonderful! The weather was quite rainy, but we caught some sunny times to enjoy the river between showers. „Second time visiting. We visiting on easter before. They've added some small appreciated upgrades. The road is a little rocky but its not far from the main road. Food at the nearby bar is fantastic. „Very clean property and everything we needed was there. Very easy check in and out process. Convenient location to Blackwater Falls and cute shops, galleries, and eateries within a couple minutes. Grocery store and convenience store are close as well. We stayed with our two boys, two dogs, and in-laws. The space was cozy, but plenty of seating and space to separate when we needed it. I would recommend this location and would happily stay again.“
