„We love that this hotel is so close to the Gene Leahy mall as our kids LOVE it! Our kids are always so glad to stay here and often times don't want to leave. Breakfast is amazing with the option of a fresh made to order breakfast that we can't get anywhere else, and the price isn't terrible when you can find some deals. Such a great location! “

„Da die Lufthansa Verspätung hatte und mein Anschluss Flug umgebucht hat in Chicago auf den nächsten Tag, konnte ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht mal wahr nehmen. Da ich im Flieger von München nach Chicago um 16 Uhr war und nicht wusste von einer Verspätung konnte ich nicht in der „Frist“ rechtzeitig stornieren. Der Manager hat prompt drauf bestanden das ich keinerlei Erstattung oder sonst was bekomme. Hier buche ich NIE WIEDER! Und sag dann gleich auch allen die ich kenne hier nicht zu buchen “
