It was clean, very quiet and easy to get to my intended destination that night. My only complaint was the shower pressure was very low. Water was nice and but the pressure was poor. Good value and very friendly staff. I would stay again. “

„ALL OF THE STAFF at the Black Hawk are BEYOND Kind & Welcoming. We loved staying here 3 nights as we provided support to our fam on Ragbrai. We switched rooms and both were terrific. Spacious and clean with a lot of eclectic antiques throughout the hotel. Bartender at Cocktail lounge makes some great drinks and is also SUPER NICE. Great location with lots of restaurant options / bars. “

„Yhe staff were fantastic! Very friendly and accomadating. The breakfast was good and when soething was running low, the staff refilled in a timely manner. The room was very clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths+the beds were fantstic! I will recommend this hotel and will definately stay there again!“

„Nice place, but not much to do in the area as it was connected to the convention center where nothing was going on. Walking distance to Dan Gable Museum. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet until some very loud people moved in next door. We called the front desk and they handled it immediately with no problems after. Good breakfast. Pay parking in parking garage across the street.“
