„Nice place with nice views. Comfy bed. Everything works. The trains going by and blasting their horns makes for an early morning. A bizarre thing we discovered when we got here is that all the restaurants in the area are cash only. No credit cards. Even many restaurants across the river in Prairie du Chein had a cash only notice posted on their doors.“

„Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. „We were comfortable at this property, it was clean and accommodating. There were a lot of kids staying at this property, but curfews were respected, and it was a quiet nights sleep. The breakfast was gone when we got there but they were feeding lots of baseball boys! They could have had another person helping keep up with breakfast.“
