„Das Hyatt Ziva hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und schön präsentiert/serviert. Auch das Meer/Strand war genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Die Kinderbetreuung/Programm sind bei unseren Kids auch sehr gut angekommen. Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel und würden jederzeit für ein paar Nächte wieder gehen. Mexiko-Urlaub nur im Hyatt Ziva wäre jedoch nichts für uns. „I loved that this property was close to many different food options as we did not do the all inclusive package. You can walk from the fairy. The one thing that bothered me was that other peoples dirty dishes from room service sat in the hallways for long periods of time and was inviting in bugs. Also our room had a bit of a musty odor but other than that everything was great!“

„We enjoyed our stay. The security was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful, but we didnt like the balcony because there was no privacy between rooms. The was also very little in the way of entertainment at the pools. The vibe was really hum drum. Not exciting. The drinks were terrible, but the food was good.“
