B&B in Quintana Roo finden

"Das Hotel ist ein Wechselbad der Gefühle. Teilweise ist der Service grottenschlecht - mir hat ein Kellner beim Servieren das halbe Glas nochmal auf den Tisch gekleckert, ohne auch nur anstalten zu machen, es danach zu trocknen - bis gut (Lage der Zimmer, Essen und Ausstattung der Anlage). Jedenfalls rechtgertigt sich die Sternekategorie nur auf dem Papier, nicht aber in Wirklichkeit. Dafür ist das Personal (teilweise) zu sehr trainiert auf irgendwelche Trinkgelder und nur wenig Service- und Hilfsbereit sowie das Essen oft versalzen oder lieblos aufgewärmt, obwohl es gut sein könnte. Persönlich hatte ich ausserdem mehrere tote Kakerlaken im Zimmer, die selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung nicht entfernt wurden . Erst als dann Lebende dazukamen musste ich darum bitten, diese entfernt zu bekommen."

"We had a nice stay at the GR Solaris hotel. The room with view to the ocean was amazing but we had always water problems in the bathroom. Unfortunately we had 2 problems at the restaurant. First, my younger daughter found a spine in the sausage. The restaurant responsible apologised and tried to make it better with one manager. The same day our second daughter was injured by something sharpen on her chair. A rescuer worker came to see the injury. Unfortunately nobody was checking at her after that day even trying to offer us something special for her. We were supposed to have VIP access but excepted the upgraded room, I did not really experience the vip access. Thanks to the entertainment team, especially coach Yzrael, Abraham, Christ and Leo. The girls at the kids club were always nice to our kids (Monti and Crissel). Special thanks to Pedro at the reception and Adnan and Joel at the lobby entrance. The breakfast was very good and the rest of the food was ok. "

"Grosses Hotel mit sehr vielen Gästen. Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns nicht !!! Liegen werden schon früh Morgens mit Badetücher ,Sandalen, Brillen und Caps Reserviert - Besetzt !! Geht gar nicht!! Wir hatten somit keine Liegen !!! Abendunterhaltung ganz schwach !! Getränkeauswahl ( Bier ) = Billig und nicht gut !!! Zu teuer für das was geboten wird !! 4* Hotel !! Wir waren noch in Akumal in einem 5* Hotel und das war Klasse / Top , für den gleichen Preis!! Sorry, da muss mehr kommen fürs Geld!! "

"Der Ausblick war sehr schön, Hotel ist bei der Zone Hotelera. Das Essen war auch gut. Bett war nicht so komfortabel die Räumlichkeiten im Zimmmer waren leicht veraltet (z.B. Balkontüre aufmachen)"

"Las instalaciones son excelentes, el servicio igual! Los animadores muy dispuestos y con programas muy interesantes y entretenidos. En especial gracias a Pepe que nos ayudo a inflar y desinflar el balón de Volleyball que llevamos. La comida rica y con variedad. Los meseros muy atentos siempre, especialmente Robert que es muy acomedido. Lamentablemente si uno camina en la playa en los alrededores, los cuales ya no son parte del hotel, uno se encuentra bastante basura, es lo único que podría decir negativo de la estancia, y eso que no es parte del terreno del hotel. Definitivamente recomiendo el hotel y consideraré la línea de hoteles para posteriores estancias. "
