„Ein Traum. Das Zimmer war super und sehr ruhig. Man hat von den anderen Gästen fast nichts mitbekommen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch beim Buchen von Ausflügen war es sofort behilflich und hat alles arrangiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine sehr große Auswahl. Einige Specials wurden sogar auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker.“

„Das Hotel ist direkt oder über einmal Umsteigen (Trindade) gut erreichbar vom Flughafen mit der Metro (4 Zonen lösen, Blaue Andante Karte für Touristen). Zeitweise gibt es auch direkte Bahnen zum Flughafen (Station Heroísmo), diese ist wohl erst kürzlich eingeführt worden und Online nicht ersichtlich. Das Hotel hebt sich doch sehr vom Quartier ab, das fängt beim Eingangsbereich an. Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer im 5. Stock (505) zur Strasse war sehr schön und alles scheint neuwertig. ...

„i have been two nights here and was given room 2209 at the executive floor. room war spacy and as expected. the restaurant at ground floor is decent, but there are more specialized locations in the city of course. the hotel itself is well maintained and lounge/bar/lobby invites to stay. Breakfast was ritch and good. the staff i met was very well skilled and did observe the customers and situation well and unobtrusive. would stay here again.“

„This is a real value for money hotel. I was on the sixth floor and the room and bathroom were spotless, with the rooms serviced daily. The bed was really comfortable and there was no disturbance from traffic noise at night even though the metro line runs directly outside the hotel. Although admittedly I was at the back of the hotel which would be quiter in any case. The staff were welcoming, professional and extremely helpful with check-in and check-out being effortless. „Vi är så glada för att vi hittade denna ljuvliga pärla i Gaia.Allt var toppen,rekommenderar till alla som vill bo med utsikt över Dourofloden.Ligger i ett lugnt och trivsamt område.Vi tog tåget till Gaia och promenerade till boendet,tog runt 30 minuter.Bra om man tycker om att gå.Vi gick ner på strandpromenaden och hamnade sedan på Caixa ou Gaia.
