„This was our first time in the Amares. The food was good, the service at the pool was bad, the service in the restaurant was very good, friendly and attentive. When its possible we will come back. A bad thing is that you can not go by elevator to the pool level where you can get your meals.“

„We had an amazing time. We loved our room and the service throughout the hotel was phenomenal!!!! Best we ever had. In particular, we would like to recognize Jorge Quezada from The Pescador restaurant, and Ernesto from the Pescador bar, for their hard work in providing amazing service. We stayed for a week and got tired of our food options though Changing the menus up more would be helpful. Also, a little more adult entertainment please. We loved the casino night. Overall it was great.“
