„Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first.“

We hiked to the creek which in April was very active and if you travel further into the property, there are wonderful views and swimming holes (5 mins. drive with our Bronco). The turkeys visited daily even with our pups. The only sounds are the creek, crickets, and frogs. Awesomeness! We BBQ-ed (gas grill) and played dominos AND talked to each other. „Our stay at duck pond was just as wonderful as advertised. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything our family of four (adult to 6years old) needed. The property itself was serine and ruggedly well kept. The loft ladder was quite steep. So, not for anyone who may not be able to climb a vertical ladder or very young children. The kayak onsite was a nice touch but another PFD would have been nice. Overall duck pond was a 5 star for our family and would definitely rent again!“
