„This IS an amazing place! It truly is like staying at a resort. It is clean. It is close to everything, yet tucked up in the woods so a family can feel off of the beaten path. There are grills and outside fire pits and a gym and a super nice playground. I am going back to Decorah in February….I cancelled my hotel reservations from another place to stay at this place. This place has the WOW factor!!!“

„We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners ...

The stairs are very narrow and steep but there are handles and small landings on each floor that make it easier to navigate. Parking is in the alley behind the building but it was a very short walk to the main door. It was clean and perfect for a short stay. “
