„The person at the desk the night we checked in was very nice and accommodating to my elderly mother. But the check in area was full of boxes from Amazon and with boxed appliances. The room was clean, but the air was not fully functioning, because it was humid in the room. The bathroom was big, but there was mold in the shower. The room fridge was filthy.
