„Bin seil fast 2 Jahrzehnten treuer Gast im Lotte Ulsan: freundlicher und immer helfender Service, geräumige Zimmer, zentrale Lage, klasse Fruehstueckbuffet. “

„Exceptional Stay with World-Class Service! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in. Both the food and service at the restaurant were top-notch and completely satisfied my expectations. Having stayed at 5-star hotels in the US, I can confidently say that the service here stands out and easily competes on a global level. If I visit Ulsan again, I will definitely choose to stay ...
