âAfter a rocky start during the first of 4 days at this hotel, we got all the attention adn service we wanted. Great reaction of hotel management to early and true complaints - and great service for the remaining 3 days. Kids loved the pool and playground, we loved the gardens and setting, and the whole family loved the food. Highly recommended. â

âThe rooms are of good quality, so is the bathroom. My balcony was to the quiet botanical garden which was very nice. Rooms on the other side of the building facing the road are loud.
Breakfast buffet is good, the choice is just OK.
Very helpful staff which prepared an extra early breakfast for me when I was leaving to a national park trip --> thank you!
The only weakness I noticed was the weak Wifi in the room. Paying for an executive room I would expect a stable, strong signalâ
