„We loved our stay and loved that our dog could share the experience with us. Everything was just as described. The beds were super comfortable, and the views were amazing. The host was very helpful and responsive.“

„What a great place to stay for our daughter's wedding! There was room for our family to stay comfortably. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more such as snacks, games, and wood for the campfire. The farm is centrally located for the Potsdam and Canton area. We enjoyed walking the trails behind the house and playing outdoors in the large, mowed areas. But most of all, what a great place to make memories. We made buckets of them with our family. „Sometimes you stay in these places, and you can tell it’s an investment property. It isn’t really a home. It’s a house. It’s not used and loved by someone. Not this home. Everything you could need. It truly felt it was our own vacation home. The host checked in regularly. And was always speedy to address any questions that we had. The home had plenty of space and was laid out well. Our family of 5 (7yo, 13yo and 16yo), dog and 2 grandparents enjoyed the stay emensly. We made s’mores ...

„We had a great time. The house was as described.“

„Absolutely beautiful all-around natural lighting with incredible views! The decor is so cozy and the kitchenette had everything we needed. There was a sweet dog that greeted us when we arrived. She barks at arrivals but is very friendly and we never heard her other then when we showed up. If you love animals, this is the place for you.“

„Clean, comfortable and well located cabin. Would love to visit again!“

„Brenda was a wonderful host. Hidden gem can be found in Rocky Retreat. Ambling Brook and beautiful song birds were the perfect accompaniment to the Adirondack wood style accommodations.“

„Perfect location, gorgeous property for relaxing. Great kayaking and fishing. We sat by the river most of the time.“

„Great place to stay at Cranberry Lake“

„Excellent location and setting with amazing sunset views. However the cottage could definitely use some upgrading and maintenance.“

„Beautiful location on a peaceful, clear lake. We enjoyed our time here so much. It was truly relaxing and we loved swimming in the lake, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, cruising the lake in the boat. It was a wonderful vacation for our family.“

„We had a fantastic stay here! Our whole family (grandparents, 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren) absolutely loved the amenities and all that this property offered. Kids ranged in age from infant to 12 with the majority 9 and under. The water was accessible but with a huge rolling yard between the waters edge and the house, it made it feel very safe with all of the little ones. Plenty of water activities to do: tubes for riding down the river (a huge hit for us!), plenty of kayaks to use and ...

„Great hosts, beautiful home, fantastic amenities! This was our third time at this property and we’ll be back again.“

„This is a beautiful property with lots to do and exceptional privacy. It was clean and comfortable. The description of the water access was deceiving. There wasn’t swimming access at the dock. It had lots of floating algae and was mucky with sick and leaf debris. A 4 person boat was provided and that was a life saver. However it was quite an adventure shutting 14 people out for a place to swim on a 4 person boat. The owner were very responsive and had interactive scavenger hunts and games.“

„Excellent place on the water“
