„Wouldn’t give me hot water or a tablespoon of peanut butter to give medicine to my dog without paying for buffet or room service despite destination fee including $20 No help with luggage No help by valet Noo one really present at front desk room itself is nice and clean Definitely not luxury service“

„Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Nähe Bahnhof, ideal um nach Manhattan zu kommen.“

„THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! NO ONE CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER AND EXPEDIA WOULD NOT HELP US FIND ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATIONS. WE GOT THERE WITH NO PLACE TO STAY AND HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT ON OUR OWN AND HAD TO PAY AGAIN. I NOW HAVE TO FIGHT WITH EXPEDIA TO GET MY MONEY BACK.“

„Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. “

„Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return.“

„After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is ...

„did not respond from the morning day of check-in. Responded to me all the way up until the day I was supposed to stay in the house do not book with these people they are scamming“

„The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!“

„Beautiful place and very nice hosts“

„Frühstück ist sehr dürftig. Lage zum Flughafen ist ok. Shuttle Service zum Flughafen ist nur im 2 Std. Takt geboten.“

„Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.“

„Rooms were very clean, well decorated however bathrooms were not. Parking was accessible and perfect. Some appliances did not work like iron stained my clothes and coffee machine did not work. Everything else was fine. “
