„Through the neighborhood at the end of the quiet road tucked behind other houses is this lovely, tidy, efficiently laid out, well equipped home. The placement on the lot is perfect making it easy to forget you're only a few minutes from in-town Poughkepsie. This was also one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. Wish we'd found it when our son started college in Poughkeepsie rather than for graduation!“

„My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. It gave us a taste of what it would be like to stay in a motorhome. It's surrounded by beautiful woods in the Catskills. We were showed how to use everything, the bed and couches are comfortable, the kitchen is easy to use. There's no t.v. reception but they have several DVDs and there is WiFi. That was no problem for us. It was amazingly spacious. I highly recommend staying here.“

„A lovely spot for a weekend getaway! We stayed at the rental for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The house was clean and had lots of rooms for activities. „Exactly as advertised. Very easy to get to by car and train. The house has many spaces for group activities as well as quiet reading/napping areas. The grounds are well maintained and the view is stunning. We had everything we needed for a family getaway. The kitchen is perfect for group cooking. Check in and check out were super easy and our host responded immediately to our questions. We look forward to our next visit.“

„River House is a rare gem and looks even more beautiful in person than in the online listing. The house itself is spacious and well-appointed, has an awesome setup for kids including pool table and music room plus space to romp. The private dock was perfect for us two adults to relax before the wedding ceremony. And the hot tub with a staggering view of the Hudson was a priceless way to finish the day. „This is our 2nd time at this oasis in the Hudson Valley. The house is perfect for a family. Our family consisted of 6 adults and 2 children age 6. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The immaculate pool is the highlight of the house. The golf cart is s close second. There are also games and an arcade game. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked The owner is very responsive and always available for any issues. Highly recommend. “
