„Very dissatisfied with the tub that didn't drain in my first room so staff moved me across the hall and the bathroom has a lighted mirror which was nice but the tub didn't drain much better. The one great thing was a young girl on the staff that helped me with a personal problem and had to come with scissors to help get a hair style brush out of my hair..Actually had a few laughs over that.“

„Request a room away from the Interstate.“

„Great“

„Was a very relaxing stay“

„Hotel bien“

„Did not have any heat and hot water“

Ansonsten alles gut.“

„There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt. ...

„This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.“

„Cindy and Fred were incredibly welcoming and this cabin is really charming. Built by Fred, it’s a work of art. Instantly comfortable as it was a perfect spot to rest up after visiting local state parks.“

„Had a wonderful time. Place was very nice. Me and my wife thought it was a really nice place to stay.“

„Great place to stay, kids loved watching the animals come up to eat and going down by the river. I will say if you younger kids, keep an eye on them, the water is moving fast. Mine are older so didnt have to worry to much. Comfy, clean place with no issues.“

„This apartment is simply delightful. Quiet neighborhood, close to many of Watertown’s cultural centers and sites, clean and comfy home, excellent communication with host.“
