Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. Reasonably close hikes, to waterfalls and swimming holes, check if you need a permit, the water was ice cold at first, perfect for the weather, we spent a while there, then back for some grilling!We enjoyed the stove and record collection. „My family enjoyed a relaxing extended weekend stay. Cabin is in an awesome location, close proximity to NY28. Property is on a dead end block which offers lots of privacy, with the tranquil sound of the creek in the background. We look forward to returning soon. “

„We were pleasantly surprised by this cute motel. It's pretty remote with no cell reception so if you want to unplug it's great. However the free WiFi was solid. It's about 20 minutes from the closest grocery store and restaurants. Not an issue but something to keep in mind. The proprietor was very friendly, the cabin was older and worn but surprisingly comfortable, and the surrounding area was beautiful. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.“
