„Everything from check in to check out was ideal. The house was located on a peninsula with its own boat dock/house, swimming dock and floating pier. Location was on a less busy part of the lake so boating was easy. Kitchen provided all the necessary things to prepare meals. Two full baths downstairs and the master bedroom and living space. „ The house itself is pretty and in a nice location. The upstairs shower does not put out hot water. It puts out Luke warm water and after about 5 min there is no more hot water. Tried to get in touch with the host about the issue and they didn’t respond for several hours and when they did they never resolved the issue. This left us with one working shower for 6 adults and A child for the duration of our stay. The coffee pot filter was not cleaned in between stays and there was no dish sponge ...

„Relaxing we floated around in water done some fishing! Fishing wasn’t great due to time of year being very hot. Was told catfish is great to catch there but not much on catfish fishing lol! But we enjoyed our stay state park only couple miles away able to rent boats and find whatever you need for fishing swimming picnic very nice park! Would highly recommend. “

„This townhouse was just what we needed for a few days to relax! It has the quintessential lake feel! The beds were comfy and the house was clean. The owner was quick with any questions we had. The rear porch was private even with neighbors on both sides. We spent most of our time just sitting out back! We will definitely be back!“

„Property is in an ideal location on beautiful Lake Martin. Property Manager was always quick to respond to any questions. The outside deck and pier was fantastic. The inside is updated and well furnished. The only exception is the master bathtub needs to be replaced. The 2nd bathroom tub had some drainage issues. We also found a couple of large utensils that had been put away without being washed. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again.“

„We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean & just as advertised. Communication with owner was very good. Didn’t watch the tv but had no problems with internet. Beautiful view from back deck. Brought our pontoon boat so spent most of our time either on the water or on the back deck. Nearest public boat ramp was about 15 minutes away but was no issue at all. Very easy to find. If ever in this area again would definitely consider renting again. “
