However, my biggest complaint is with the front desk clerk. After the hotel canceled my colleagues confirmed reservation, the desk charged them almost double the Expedia rate for two one bedroom apartments. To add insult to injury, she would not issue them a formal receipt. They were given a handwritten receipt. “

„Upon check-in. The receptionist could not location my reservation that was booked through expedia, and this further delayed us getting to our room. I had to dig into my email and find confirmation, and do all kind of screenshots and forward to this email address. It was too much. They took what was sent and allowed me to proceed.
