„ Wir wurden sehr freundlich und sehr gut aufgenommen. Das Personal ist sehr gut, das Essen hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist gut sowohl um in die Stadt wie auch zu den Stränden zu kommen. Einzig die Kirche, die hinter der Lodge seine Services abhält ist manchmal sehr laut und auch befremdlich.“

„The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun.“

„We very much enjoyed our stay. The owners and manager were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were shown the facility and all the amenities personally by the manager. „We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. “
