„We stayed for one night while visiting the area. The facility was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. Close to some shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and larger than expected. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a nice variety even though we got there a bit late. „A no-frills hotel which is absolutely wonderful. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. Everything was clean which is very important. Upgrades will be done per the front desk. Breakfast is no longer being served but there are plenty of places in neighboring towns for food. There is plenty of parking, vending machines for snacks and amazing sunset views.“

„Travelled up to Upstate New York to spend a weekend going to Saratoga Race Course and was so blessed to find this gem on the Mariaville Lake. The price was very fair and Tony and Patti were fantastic hosts. I can't wait to come back and do less! „Everything was great. Check in was simple and went as expected. Clean and neat, plenty of room, everything we needed, very comfortable beds in the house. There was a winter storm coming, so the property owner reached out to help us be prepared and to let us know he was nearby if we needed anything. Many beautiful views of the snow to enjoy from in the house, but we were also able to get out to visit our family nearby. We will be back. “

„We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated home. Plenty of space inside and out in this true 4 bedroom plus a well-stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities. House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. Easy place to stay and enjoy the beauty that upstate NY offers.“
