„This was a great little place to stay. The property owners were so kind to me and the property was exactly as advertised. It was fabulous to have a washer and dryer and a full kitchen! Everything was clean and spacious, and I would definitely stay here again. My only small concern was when the air conditioner would kick on it was very loud blowing through the duct work. My guess is because it has an industrial style hvac system, but on the bright side it Stayed nice and cool! “

„This historic home was extremely well-furnished with lots of interesting decor and books to look at and a comfy couch. Each room has its own mini-split AC, and could control the temp separately. I loved the design of the kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking and a coffee pot. The bed was so luxurious and comfy, it was perfect for the overnight stay. „My dogs and I loved our stay at The Latch House Barn! The decor and fittings are top-notch, yet also durable enough to accommodate furry friends. The fenced yard was a very welcome amenity for weary travelers, as was the picturesque, eminently-walkable town of Arrow Rock. Only detractor from a perfect visit was the baffling absence of any toilet paper in any bathroom, or anywhere in the house that I was able to find! A one-off oversight, I’m sure.
