„The property in the house was clean.\n Although it said that there was coffee, water and drinks available, there was absolutely nothing there. No snacks, no water, no coffee. The air conditioning was not working. It was hot, very hot when we arrived. They did mention an internet issue, but that was Resolved the day we were, we're checking out and the air conditioning was supposed to be getting fixed also, but never happened while we were there. „The place was perfect for what we needed. It's right next to Pepe's and Giovanni's, two of my favorite Cumberland restaurants. It was also just 22 minutes from State Park Marina. You can hear everything from every room; we all went to bed and woke up at the same time, so it didn't bother us. I also loved the AC units in each room.“

„Place was great for just our weekend boating. Nice parking area. Little challenging to find just because building hidden by the storage facility. Also pull out couch was messed up so sleeking 5 worked but 6 wouldn’t have.“

„We had a wonderful stay here! There are two single bed rooms, and one room with two full (queen possibly?) bunk beds. So 6 big beds all together and the couch pulls out as well. Check in and check out instructions were clear. There were corn hole boards and bags available. The hot tub was great, and we were in a nice, separated area. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. “
