„Breakfast was good“

„We were excited for our trip. Reviews on several different travel sites had this property rated in the mid to upper 8/10 stars with thousands of reviews. We walked into our room and were very disappointed. There was what appeared to be pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had stains (easily removed with water and a paper towel). „Wonderful. Quickest checkin ever. Updated rooms“

„They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. “

„Leider hattten wir der Gestank von Vorgast“

„Need to have more breakfast items. A coffee machine that works“

„Everything was clean and staff was very helpful.“

„Stay somewhere else this place is a dump“

„I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!“

„Jayden and April were amazing and truly helpful. If I go back it would be because of them. Room’s ceilings are thin. I heard every step the person above me made. Other than that. Great hotel.“

„Not bad at all“
