„We walked into the room and first noticed muddy water on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet seat hanging half off. We tried to get our money back and the lady at the front desk said they couldn't do it. She didn't have the ability to do it so we stayed and and maintenance got their 3 hours later and fixed the toilet seat. Although it should have been completely replaced cuz it was in such poor shape. Would not stay there again“
