„Very disappointed with my stay at Americas Best Inn in Bastrop. My room had rust around the sink and bathtub drains, buildup on the shower head, and hair left in the tub. The front desk showed me four other rooms, but every one had the same issues. This wasn’t a one-room problem—it appeared to be a property-wide cleanliness and maintenance issue. Guests deserve better.“

„We stayed in Cabin#3 over the weekend. It was very clean, beds were comfy and it was very quiet. It was also conveniently located. Super easy check-in.Only negative, it could have been better stocked. There was a coffee pot and filters, but no coffee. There is a gas station not far. So my husband would run over there to get a cup of coffee. And, the shampoo and body wash were empty in the shower. But overall, it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again.“

„The staff was very friendly.but did not follow through on request. The water was cold for two days I went to the front desk to inform them how uncomfortable it was to take a shower in cold water. Also while at the desk another customer was there complaining about the cold water. It was on the second evening the water came up to Luke warm. I didn’t expect that the price that I paid for the two rooms to be $140 per night.“
