The carpet, in the hotel hallway, was stained and dirty. The carpet in our room had snags and a tear which made the property feel worn and less clean. „Having a washing machine and dryer is especially convenient, since the sheets in the master bedroom were dirty when we arrived, and had to be washed before sleeping in them. The advertised , "2 boat slips", in the boathouse weren't accessible to us, "due to liability issues". This was pretty annoying, since the use of the boathouse was a big selling point for us. When we starting asking about using the boat slips, the owner stopped responding. Bring your own pots and pans if you plan on cooking ...
