„What a cozy, clean and delightful hotel! We were very pleased by the staff and the accomodation in general! It was a great starting point for our highland trip. We had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant and a good breakfast in the next morning as well. We can highly recommend The Woodside! The village douna is also worth to take a look at, exspecially the castle which is currently renovated. “

„Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful setting. Spacious and comfortable, with pretty views. The restaurant was amazing (vegan and gluten free options too), and the grocery store/gift shop on site was a great feature (vegan, gluten free options at the store as well). We will definitely be back and would highly recommend! The golf course was excellent as well. We stayed in 12B Maxwells.“

„Having read excellent reviews of Tayview Lodges, my wife and I arrived with great expectation and we were most certainly not disappointed. Our lodge, Little Lodge 2, was immaculate and in pristine condition. The spotlessly clean windows afforded uninterrupted views of the serene surroundings, the lodges being extremely well spaced out. „Lovely little village hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. My twin room was spotlessly clean with a well stocked tea tray with range of teas/coffee/biscuits etc. and premium bottled waters. Large shower room and ample towels, toiletries and bath robes. Only complaint is kitchen closes early at 6.45pm and no other options to eat out close by and rooms to front can be noisy being on a main road. Overall, would stay again, ideal for racecourse and Palace.“

„Das Außenbild des Hotels verspricht mehr, als die Zimmer halten, die sehr antiquirt wirken. Der Service war sehr gut, die Zimmer sauber (mit den Koffern über einen langen Flur, leider ohn Aufzug) , einen Pool gibt es im Schwester-Hotel (20 km entfernt). Der Frühstücksraum , gleichzeitig abends der Pub, war gemütlich, das Frühstück gut. Die Stadt war mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. “
