„We only stayed one night and regretted not staying longer! My husband and I stayed in the Oak room as we wanted our own bathroom. The room is located just above the common room up the stairs. It was very spacious room with a huge bathroom. Plenty of toiletries provided which was very thoughtful. „The cabin was lovely. We were very pleased. Beds were comfortable. It met our needs well. All was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we left halfway through our stay due to threats from a hostile neighbor. All because we walked our 8 lb dog through the front edge of his yard. There are no sidewalks. „I had a weekend with just my youngest this summer so I let her pick a getaway she said Hocking Hills! I felt very comfortable and safe staying at this campground by myself with 3 teens. Besides all the hiking there was so much to do at the campground! Between the swings in all the trees, the playground and pond my kids never wanted to leave. I did not mind sitting on the giant neck drinking coffee. I am differently interested in coming back with more family to a bigger camper on the grounds!“

„The common area was very dirty, grills filthy, kitchen full of mice turds, suggest storing everything in plastic totes a lids.. pots and pans very gross, clean the whole place. The cabin was nice but outdoor chairs filthy .. had to use common area to cook , no kitchen in cabin “

„Sleepy Hollow cabin was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. We appreciated the fire ring surrounded with chairs. Very quiet with lovely surroundings. It is a challenge to find but worth the hunt! (Look for the Book Hocking - Sleepy Hollow sign)“
