Dirty hallways, ceiling leaks that created puddles during the rain, and a generally run-down appearance left a poor impression. „Thank you for not having Karaoke on Sat. night in the bar. It was MUCH quieter in our handicapped room near the bar than the last time we stayed here. Our room was nice and clean, too. We didn’t partake of the free breakfast so I don't have an opinion on the food. Always available coffee is really nice!“

„Im not sure where the pictures came from but this place was gross. The smell is the first thing youll notice. Filth covered by chemical stench. Cigarettes burns on comforter is a nice touch. I showed up at the office was closed at 9:30..Its was dark..I had to ring a bell outside to get someone. I was coming through after driving all day and that was annoying. Got to my room to find the pit of stench. Slept in a sleeping bag on the nasty bed. It looks nice from outside though. “

Turkey, geese, many different ducks, momma duck and babies, an assortment of birds, rabbits, pheasants, deer, and a muskrat gathering sticks for hut building.All of that said, bring binoculars if you have them!
