„Excellent location and setting.
Staff excellent.
Steam room out of service in the spa.
Room could have done with some tlc - eg crumbly walls around where curtain hooks and the tv cable have been put in.
TV in the room didn’t work.
No decaf tea bags so got charged £9.35 for two decafs in the sitting room.“

„Only used the hotel for bed and breakfast. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The dining room was impressive and had some history attached to it. The service was responsive at breakfast and kindness and understanding shown to a nervous 6 year old. The free public parking at the rear of the hotel worked well and the proximity to the town and castle and gardens.“

„If you value the suspension in your car then avoid the long potholed drive up to this property!
On arrival it transpired the lift was not working and no-one appeared the whole weekend to investigate or repair. No idea how long it had been broken. No apology was given when we arrived. We were simply directed to the staircase to get to our room on the 2nd floor!.
No idea when the skirting boards in the room was last cleaned.
The shower in the room was scalding hot one minute and freezing cold ...

„Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man für ein Kurzurlaub braucht. Sehr angenehm Betten. Sehr schön das in jedem Schlafzimmer ein TV steht. Sehr schnell am Strand, im nächsten Pup und in der Stadt. Die Wohnung können wir nur weiter empfehlen.“
