„We stayed in the cottages, which overlooked the Missouri river and railroad tracks. I enjoyed setting on the deck in the evening watching them. The cottage we stayed in met or exceeded our expectations. We will stay there again. One thing we found out is that most of the restaurants in Herman close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we will not be staying in Hermann on those evenings again. We will come in on Wednesday ( The Tin Mill was open and good on both Tuesday and Wednesday) and leave on ...

„Very hospitable hosts, and breakfast was delicious. Attentive, friendly. The building is on the national register of historic places and is conditioned as such. Warm, charming, vintage plenty of space either upstairs or downstairs. A note to mention the upstairs rooms do not have televisions. Coffee makers in rooms, plenty of towels, bottled water and tea available anytime and walkable to Main Street in Hermann. Delightful stay!“

„The cabin is as described and pictured. Host made it easy to find with detailed instructions. It’s very secluded & quiet with little to no traffic. We saw various wildlife to include birds, squirrels, and deer. There are chairs provided to sit on the front deck. Bed is very comfortable. Shower has good pressure and hot water. “

„Everything was clean and neat. Just as expected. What a nice little house in a quiet rural area. Seems like very close access to the Katy trail. We had three kids and five adults but with all the beds, basement space and foldout couches, it could have easily slept 13. More if you bring an air mattress. This was perfect for our overnight stay for a family wedding. The host was very responsive to all my pestering messages. “
