„This is an absolute gem of a hotel, set in a really whimsical and private garden. It is a bit of a walk to the main part of the city.“

„Booked 2 rooms for 2 night last minute at a reasonable price. Overall very good experience, friendly and competent staff, rooms were medium size but airy and modern with comfortable beds. Walking distance to downtown locations and with a number of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. 15 to 20 min to the airport.
I didn't try the restaurant, buffet breakfast was ok and reasonably diverse. Free WiFi was available and stable.

„We didn’t even check in to this hotel! When we got there, it was dark and the front door was open but nobody was there. The taxi driver even asked where are the people and he said he didn’t know. Is it possible to get my money back? “

8/10 Gut
On my first day the service was great. On the second during breakfast I was totally ignored, all others around me were asked if they would like to have some coffee or tea. Another one asked all except of me if they would like to have an omelet. The reason was that those two didn't spoke english and I was the only one who didn't spoke Russian or Romanian in the room. It is really sad because everything else was just perfect.
