Man wollte mich nach meiner Abreise per Email informieren, wenn die Rückbuchung gelungen ist. Ich habe nie wieder was gehört. Nun muss ich selbst schauen, wie ich die doppelte Bezahlung rückgängig machen kann. Miserables und anscheinend inkompetentes Personal bis rauf zum Chef, der sich ja nach meiner Abreise kümmern wollte.“
