„Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Personal jederzeit verfügbar und sehr freundlich. Unterkunft gut von der Autobahn erreichbar. Kinokomplex, Kartbahn und diverse Restaurants in Laufnähe. Allerdings - was die Küche angeht - Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowellenofen, Gefrierschrank, Toaster und Wasserkocher verfügbar. Aber sonst absolut nichts - kein Geschirr, kein Kochgeschirr, kein Besteck, keine Teller, Gläaser oder Tassen, keine Spülbürste oder Spülmittel oder Küchenlappen/-tücher. Musste ...

„This hotel has thin walls. We heard a phone ring from another room and was looking for it in our room. You hear everything. The sheets were worn down and over all, it looked clean but didn't feel clean. The hotel also told us they would have a pending $100 hold for damaged or incidentals. We didn't make any mess in our room, didnt take anything. We left before check out. The 'incidental hold' charge looked suspiciously like duplicate room charge. We're now disputing this charge.“
