„There are so much that i love about the Carousel, but I do have 2 complaints about our recent stay. The indoor pool was closed the entire time. „Had a room up on the 6th floor. Hot water could hardly call "hot" and the hot water pressure was very low and sometimes (when other people were using hot water as well?) down to a trickle. I tried using the Keurig coffee to make a cup of tea and the water came out with bits black stuff, even after the 5th rinse. So finally decided I was not so desperate for a cup of tea.... „The hotel overall is a good place to stay. Its very convenient and the rooms are clean. Staff was also friendly. Only problem with the room is the beds are hard they are very uncomfortable and also the shower head should be replaced.
