„It has been a while since I have stayed at a hotel and the idea of cleaning upon request is new to me and it wasn’t just here and I think both ways. I like a pick up of trash but I like I don’t have to be concerned that I need to not lay in bed all day. The room was a handicapped and I was quite comfortable so a wheelchair could navigate easily Staff were VERY friendly and I felt safe being alone “

„The guest laundry was dirty, needing to be swept and mopped. The appliances had been used to wash and dry pet bedding as the full lint trap and washer had dog hair in them. The soap/softener dispenser was moldy and dirty. “
