„This property needs a lot of help“

„Multiple outlets in the room did not function and one was not even grounded. When I brought this issue up after a night of no water in the entire hotel, the day time manager REFUSED to compromise to find a solution and even hung up on me and only agreed to compromise once I escalated to customer relations. Shockingly, the second room also had the same issue with outlets-plugs would just fall out of the receptacle. So, no reason to switch rooms. I requested to speak with the general manager via ...

„Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Best Western in Anderson. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Zimmer war gross, sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir genossen ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sogar der Orangensaft war sehr gut. Vor dem Hotel gibt es extragrosse Parkplätze, sodass wir unser Wohnmobil problemlos parkieren konnten. Fussläufig erreicht man verschiedene Restaurants. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.“

„It was a decent stay except the bed was uncomfortable. The hallway smelled like Ramen noodles. There was a truck that parked right by the front door and was leaking gas. The pool is closed as well. My room was clean and everything worked.“

„Great service All around“

„The host and her family were so welcoming! Communication was amazing! I knew I could always reach out with any issues or questions. Their little farm was a huge plus for our 9-year old daughter! Will definitely stay again if in the area! “

„The home was in a nice location in Anderson. It was easy to check in. The hot tub was clean and at normal levels, however the pool needed cleaned and the chlorine levels were low. It had a good selection of games to play for our family. The house did not cool off well; we set it to 68 and it stayed 78 throughout the day. The floors needed to be mopped and it was a bit dusty and had a musty smell. Overall, If it was cleaned better, we would rent again.“

„Check in was great and the host was amazing. It was a nice house to stay in the only thing missing is outdoor furniture. The weather was nice and we wanted to sit outside. Otherwise we had a great stay. Thank you Simeon for letting us stay at your home.“

„The apartment itself was clean. The backyard, outside environment, & neighboring houses were unkept…“

„The rental was okay.“
