„Das Hotel ist klein und wird sehr freundlich geführt. Altes Haus, aber gepflegt. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, ist aber in der näheren Umgebung leicht zu bekommen. Der Strand mit entsprechenden touristischen Einrichtungen ist direkt um die Ecke, der Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel kann - auch wegen des angemessenen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses - gerne empfohlen werden.“

„Apartment is in a great location close to beach & attractions. Staff were welcoming & friendly and let us check in 2 hours early which was appreciated as it was raining. Apartment is well presented but very grubby and dated. Found the room & pillows to smell of grease/cooked food, carpet was filthy & beds were so uncomfortable we cut the trip short by a night. Overall not the worst place I have stayed, but definitely not worth the money & won’t be returning.“

„We enjoyed our stay in the bungalow very much. There was a few problems, which we highlighted in a letter we left at the property. 1} the dining table was unsafe as the legs were unstable. 2} The bedroom doors did not shut fully. 3} Although we found a short cut to the beach the information says the bungalow is next to the beach.4} The fan extractor although the light came on the fan did not work. Despite the few problems we found we enjoyed our stay in the bungalow and will stay in the bungalow ...

„This was our fourth stay at The Balmoral. We've stayed in some of the other larger hotels in Skeggy and haven't been to impressed. We found this one four years ago and haven't bothered looking for anywhere else since. Lovely little hotel and we'll be back again next year. “
