„Es war super, dass wir auch noch sehr spät einchecken konnten, weil wir aufgrund von Stau und Verspätungen bei der Fähre erst gegen Mitternacht da waren. Allerdings haben wir nicht alles Informationen erhalten, wie z. B. dass man Housekeeping nur auf Anfrage bekommt. Das Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde umgehend gelöst. Und das Essen war gut. “

Das Personal begrüßte einen am nächsten Morgen nicht und aufgeklärt über die Frühstückssitiation wurde auch nicht. Das Frühstück an sich fiel auch dürftig aus und alle warmen Speisen wie bspw. Eier oder Speck waren kostenpflichtig (es lag eine Karte am Tresen aus). Schade “

Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“
