„ We are 3 elderly friends. Communicatin regarding accessing property was excellent as was information regarding places to visit and dog friendly places to drink and eat. On entering the house we were all pleasantly surprised kitchen come dinner is lovely with everything required to live like home from home. Lounge is also very comfortable with a cosy homley feel. We all had a bedroom each and all slept very well. It was very good to have toilet and wash basin upstairs and a bathroom downstairs ...

„Slightly understaffed at times. Not all staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica who's the heart and soul of operations. Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“
