„Really friendly staff, booked ins fright away, Weiss this hotel as we went to Skegness race way, not far from the track or city centre, rooms really clean. Breakfast was huge and well worth the money. Only downside was the main door was hanging slightly in room, reported it but it didn’t get fixed. Other then that no issues and a great service.“

„Staff were great, rooms although a little dated exceptionally clean, and free breakfast was a great plus. Price was more than fair for the stay. Would highly recommend.“

„Von außen natürlich sehr ansehnliche, jedoch schläft man nicht in dem "Schloss" sondern in sogenannten Lodges, Zimmer die gegenüber des Haupteingangs liegen. Das Bad müsste mal saniert werden, besonders der Lüfter hat in unserem Fall geklappert. Das Bett ungewöhnlich hoch, aber dafür sehr gemütlich. Man sollte aber immer den Haupteingang nehmen, wenn man mit dem Auto anfährt, bloß nicht verfahren, sonst begibt man sich um das Hauptgelände herum in eine Art Expedition und kommt von der ...

„Slightly understaffed at times. Not all staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica who's the heart and soul of operations. Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

„Really nice greating,very clean room all amenities are 💯, breakfast time at 8.30am multiple menu(full English was lovely)served with tea, coffee orange/apple juice etc,5min walk to the beach skeggy/high street and train station, definitely recommend you won't be disappointed I'm definitely returning again💯😁“

„Easy access and very bright clean and airy. It has everything you need and is lovely and quiet. Good outdoor space too with access to Queens Park boating lake. Bedrooms were both great but, if you struggle with mobility, the upstairs room might not be for you( very steep stairs!). The room and bed are amazing though! „Service war super. Die Mitarbeiter waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war großzügig. Das Mobiliar könnte aufgefrischt werden. Die Sessel in der Bar waren sehr verlebt, z. B. Armlehnen durchgescheuert und Flecken auf den Sitzflächen. Den Tischen sieht man ein langes Leben an. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war auch nicht 100%.
